Steve is a Managing Director (Jnt.) and a founder of Tactical Group. He has extensive experience in the commercial property and infrastructure sectors leading large scale projects ranging from $100 million through to in excess of $1 billion in construction value, motivating project teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Specialising in industrial, commercial office, linear infrastructure and land-side port infrastructure, Steve leads Tactical’s Industry and Infrastructure Team.

Steve has a broad technical and commercial skill set founded upon a background in architecture and law enabling him to offer a well-rounded approach to complex projects with a high degree of attention and detail.

Steve’s knowledge of local, state and Commonwealth planning process and the associated complexities of stakeholder engagement has been integral in his directorship and role leading the Tactical team on the Moorebank Logistics Park (MLP), and other significant projects.

Jordan joined Tactical Group with a background in both transport infrastructure and community facilities delivery.
 

Jordan has successfully managed the delivery of design, feasibility studies and business cases across multiple large projects, including construction and procurement for local and central government agencies.

Jordan applies his strong capabilities in risk management, procurement planning and program analysis to manage the delivery to complex, multifaceted projects to program, scope and budget.

Richard is a co-founder and joint Managing Director of Tactical Group. He has an extensive track record working within all property sectors including commercial office, hotels, mixed-use, industrial, ports and infrastructure, residential, education and technology.

Richard leads Tactical’s Commercial Property and Advisory business covering project origination and site sourcing, financial feasibility and capital structures, transaction, planning approvals, development management and project delivery.

He has undertaken significant commissions in the commercial property sector, particularly in the areas of property advisory, highest and best-use analysis, masterplanning, development, transactions and roll-out programming. He invests a significant amount of time in research and innovation, as well as advocacy for policy change in the Property Industry, and this is reflected in a number of research and white papers that he has authored.

Richard provides over-arching project leadership and has particular expertise in driving superior economic outcomes for developments as well as negotiating planning, authority approvals and robust contracts. 

Richard is a senior project management professional with over 20 years’ experience managing port infrastructure, aviation and industrial automation projects representing both the client and the contractor.

Richard has specific experience working on state significant projects across multiple construction disciplines including renewable, civil, building, and automated installations.

His key strengths include development approval processes, preparation of project scope, management of complex contractual arrangements, and the operational readiness and change management within operational environments.

Richard is a Certified Practicing Project Director through the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).

Hayden has over 18 years’ experience developing and delivering projects, developing solutions, project positioning and change management for key locally and international clients. He has experience working across the Australian, European and American rail industries.

Hayden skills and capabilities range from project development and feasibility to market positioning and research including strategic reporting on specific development opportunities. His experience covers rail applications in multiple infrastructure industries from mining, transport and product development. He has experience in both track based rail infrastructure and rolling stock test and certification.

Hayden is an energetic leader who can drive cross functional teams to deliver results while working to deadlines. He can form credible delivery teams, provide the frameworks to deliver and execute to set budgets and timelines.

The combination of Hayden’s practical experience, formal qualifications and global knowledge gives him the ability to pragmatically approach projects to develop best for project delivery for clients and teams he leads.

Experienced, and professional project manager and mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience in various industries including pharmaceuticals, nuclear, industrial construction, fit out and defence.

Ebrahim is skilled in program and project management with a Bachelor of Science, Master of Professional Engineering from University of Sydney and a Diploma in Project Management. He is a team focused individual and goal oriented which is key to the role to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, cost, quality and scope.

As a Senior Project Manager, Ebrahim manages the full project lifecycle from the authority approvals and design stage, through construction and onto handover including superintendency under various forms of contract. He has delivered several industrial projects for the federal government prior to working with Tactical Group and is currently engaged on various projects with Tactical Group including the Woolworths Group Moorebank Campus National and Regional Distribution Centres and the QLS Group Logistics Centre at Blacktown.

Ebrahim has strong leadership qualities which has assisted him in managing and motivating large teams of both technical and non technical backgrounds within his project experience spectrum.  In addition, he has worked with a variety of stakeholders in various client bases and authority bodies. 

Elliot is highly experienced in the delivery of construction projects, with skills & knowledge developed from 17 years of contractor, consultant and client-side delivery including design management, project delivery & contract administration for complex construction projects in NZ, Australia and the UK.

With a wide range of project experiences, Elliot has a depth of experience that has translated across civil industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors successfully over the course of his career.

Elliot is proficient at contract management & contract administration, project management, commercial management, programming, reporting as well as coordinating both design and construction teams for successful project delivery.

Tim has over 30 years of experience in managing projects & programmes, and undertaking consulting, and advisory commissions.

He brings a unique and holistic perspective to all his work as his experience spans healthcare, education, accommodation, commercial and civic across both public and private sectors, with experience as the client, client-side project manager, management consultant, and as the constructor. 

His expertise encompasses leadership and people management, stakeholder engagement, financial, contract and risk management. He has a proven track record of successfully establishing and delivering projects from vision to implementation and excels at creating clear lines of sight from vision to implementation, all while ensuring risk and accountability structures are in place to achieve successful outcomes.

In addition to his professional work, Tim is highly engaged with his community. He is an active lifeguard, competitor, coach and manager at his surf lifesaving club and is a serving Board member on the local primary school Board of Trustees.

Nick has over 18 years experience focused on the delivery of large scale, innovative and sustainable commercial high-rise developments that gain positive attention in the broader community and integrate the latest technologies and sustainability practices to drive enduring value for owners and occupiers.

Nick has worked both client and tier-1 contractor sides providing an exemplary and well-rounded understanding of the entire development process through business case, planning and design, procurement, and construction delivery.

He has been responsible for leading project teams on a number of high-profile commercial office developments on the east coast of Australia in various capacities including Project Director/Manager, Design Manager and ESD/Sustainability Manager.

His involvement on globally recognised and awarded developments is a testament to his capability and has allowed him to be positioned at the forefront of future technology and sustainability integration into workplace developments through his commitment to ongoing research.

William brings a wealth of experience to his profession from his 19 years working on NSW civil infrastructure projects across the road, rail and public utility sectors. A qualified civil engineer, William has worked across Tier 1 civil construction in D&C delivery as contractor, and client-side project delivery for NSW Toll roads concession own and project management consultancies. Over the course of his career he has moved through the ranks from site engineer to his current role delivering various road upgrades surrounding the Moorebank Logistics Park.

Having worked across contractor, owner team and consultant roles during his career, William has the benefit of understanding projects and drivers from numerous perspectives. He has worked across all phases of projects from front end feasibility and concept design, through procurement, procurement and transaction management, contract estimating and negotiations, and construction and commissioning. These roles have been on projects delivered in green and brownfield environments, along with live operating road environments during his time with Transurban.

William is conscientious and measured in his approach, meticulously detailed in his critical thinking and analytical assessment and a passionate and driven who enjoys what he does in delivering best for project outcomes. and takes an active role in mentoring and growing the expertise of his project teams.

Fredrika is a qualified accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in Finance Management  across a number of industries including Construction, Wholesale/Retail and Public Practice. Her professional memberships include CPA Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia. She has held the office of Company Secretary for a non-listed public company and worked for multiple blue-chip construction organisations.

Fredrika joined Tactical Group in the role of Finance Manager to implement new systems and processes to better manage the growth and success of the business.

Brendan is a Pre-commercial & Contracts Manager at Tactical Group, with over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. Brendan’s project portfolio spans a diverse range of infrastructure sectors including road, rail, water, wastewater, telecommunications, and waste management.


He has led and played a key role in successful major projects from planning through to handover, under a range of contractual frameworks, including PPP, Build Own Operate Transfer, Program and Project Alliances, Joint Ventures, Design and Construct and Construct Only contracts.


Brendan has operated effectively and efficiently in both contractor and client organisations and is intimately familiar with the competing priorities and objectives of these organisations that can often result in less than desirable and project outcomes if not managed carefully and tactfully. Brendan has strengths in the areas of commercial and risk management, delivery strategy development, procurement and transaction management, stakeholder management, program development, and operational interface management.


His ability to transfer his skills and experience across these numerous sectors and the stages of projects that he has operated within is proof of the value that Brendan brings to his profession and his superior understanding of the many and varied approaches needed to navigate these complex environments and achieve critical objectives.

Bob has extensive experience in the areas of construction contract dispute resolution, industrial relations, commercial negotiations and construction management having held senior positions in the roles of Managing Director (Wards Civil), Director, Project Manager and Contract Administrator.

Bob has extensive project site experience in the civil engineering arena and understands the contracting environment particularly well.

He is experienced in dealing with complex contractual and industrial issues on construction projects.

Kym is a highly experienced project and asset manager with core transferrable skills including strong strategic and relationship skills that promote strong leadership, collaboration, risk mitigation and efficiency. He demonstrates a proven track record in delivering a range of projects including property developments, existing assets, concept and detailed designs, road networks, telecommunications, infrastructure and utilities within time and budget with a focus on increasing productivity and profitability of projects. 

Kym has a strong commercial knowledge gained from working through all phases of engineering and construction: contracting, project management (consultancy) and client (including property development and asset management). Kym is well versed with leading teams (direct and indirect reports) and focussing on a collaborative approach.

Kym holds a thorough knowledge of design, engineering, construction and commercial, focussing on minimisation of risk and profitability for stakeholders.

As a seasoned property executive with a 25-year industry background, Ioan excels in executing strategic plans with an analytical mindset. His authentic leadership style actively shapes an inclusive, diverse culture aligned with the organisation’s goals.

Andy is a senior transport infrastructure specialist with extensive experience in the New Zealand and Australia sectors. He has led large scale projects across a portfolio totalling more than $25bn.

His broad skill set has seen Andy work across multiple infrastructure disciplines from business case development, project delivery, management of complex commercial arrangements, through to operational readiness. He has significant experience managing a number of contractual models including Alliancing and Private Public Partnerships and he has represented both the client and the contractor.

Andy is a skilled negotiator and has a relationship management approach that enables him to successfully deliver best for project outcomes in challenging scenarios.
