James is a senior project manager with over 15 years’ experience working on construction projects in Australasia and the United Kingdom.

James has extensive stakeholder management experience at a project leadership level and delivers projects successfully in high risk live environments, driving tangible solutions and positive outcomes for all involved. His broad projects experience covers a diverse range of sectors from commercial office fit-outs to industrial and infrastructure builds.

Prior to joining Tactical, James was the Portfolio Director across all of the BBC's property in the UK.
