Tactical Group are excited to announce Hickory Group have topped out on the structure for the Holiday Inn Express Melbourne City Road, Southbank developed by Pro-invest Group for InterContinental Hotels Group. The final installation of the HBS system and SYNC bathroom pods is a massive achievement for the project team.

Hickory Group are gaining momentum rapidly, with fitout of the guest rooms, Great Room and commercial and retail floors all complete or well underway.
