    339-349 Horsley Road Milperra is a two-storey warehouse with circa 30,000 sqm of GFA spread across 10 separate tenancies in the prime industrial zone of Milperra. The building is positioned on circa 3.5ha lot. All tenancies are currently speculative with expressions of interest to be sought during the construction process.   

    Tactical Group were engaged to provide the Project Management and Superintendency services including the complete management of the SSDA application form SEARs to consent received in June 2023. 

    In addition, all authority works including Sydney Water, NBN and Power were managed via the appropriate utility service providers.
