PRINCIPAL

Brendan is a Pre-contracts Manager and Project Director at Tactical Group. He has over20 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry, covering a diverse range of infrastructure sub-sectors. He has led successful major projects from planning through to handover, under a range of contractual frameworks from Alliances & JVs, to PPPs, and D&Cs.

Brendan has particular strengths in the areas of commercial management, delivery strategy development, procurement, stakeholder management, program development, and risk review and mitigation.

Counting water treatment plants, water program asset management and upgrades, irrigation renewal schemes, and freight and passenger rail projects as key among his projects to date, it's this breadth of experience that enable Brendan's leadership and critical thinking under pressure to be second to none.
