Hayden has over 15 years’ experience developing and delivering projects, developing solutions, project positioning and change management for key locally and international clients. He has experience working across the Australian, European and American rail industries.

Hayden skills and capabilities range from project development and feasibility to market positioning and research including strategic reporting on specific development opportunities. His experience covers rail applications in multiple infrastructure industries from mining, transport and product development. He has experience in both track based rail infrastructure and rolling stock test and certification.

Hayden is an energetic leader who can drive cross functional teams to deliver results while working to deadlines. He can form credible delivery teams, provide the frameworks to deliver and execute to set budgets and timelines.

The combination of Hayden’s practical experience, formal qualifications and global knowledge gives him the ability to pragmatically approach projects to develop best for project delivery for clients and teams he leads.
