Kym is a highly experienced project and asset manager with core transferrable skills including strong strategic and relationship skills that promote strong leadership, collaboration, risk mitigation and efficiency. He demonstrates a proven track record in delivering a range of projects including property developments, existing assets, concept and detailed designs, road networks, telecommunications, infrastructure and utilities within time and budget with a focus on increasing productivity and profitability of projects. 

Kym has a strong commercial knowledge gained from working through all phases of engineering and construction: contracting, project management (consultancy) and client (including property development and asset management). Kym is well versed with leading teams (direct and indirect reports) and focussing on a collaborative approach.  He holds a thorough knowledge of design, engineering, construction and commercial, focussing on minimisation of risk and profitability for stakeholders.
