Nick has over 18 years experience focused on the delivery of large scale, innovative and sustainable commercial high-rise developments that gain positive attention in the broader community and integrate the latest technologies and sustainability practices to drive enduring value for owners and occupiers.

Nick has worked both client and tier-1 contractor sides providing an exemplary and well-rounded understanding of the entire development process through business case, planning and design, procurement, and construction delivery.

He has been responsible for leading project teams on a number of high-profile commercial office developments on the east coast of Australia in various capacities including Project Director/Manager, Design Manager and ESD/Sustainability Manager.

His involvement on globally recognised and awarded developments is a testament to his capability and has allowed him to be positioned at the forefront of future technology and sustainability integration into workplace developments through his commitment to ongoing research.
