Syne has more than 11 years of experience in the construction industry and gained most of her experience in commercial, transportation and hospital infrastructure projects working with consultancy firms overseas and in Australia. 

With her project management and quantity surveying background, Syne’s main areas of expertise include procurement, construction contract administration, cost management, and process improvement. Her experience in delivering projects within operational environments has strengthened her stakeholder and change management skill set.

Syne sees herself as an analytical and detail-oriented individual who always seek to learn and apply new skill set to support the delivery of complex projects with the aim to deliver projects within time, cost and quality.
