ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Zach Pauline has 2 years in the project management and project delivery arena across a variety of different project disciplines. Specialising in the delivery of geotechnical engineering projects, Zach has a grasp and understanding of the delivery requirements for Geotech & Hydrogeo aspects of major projects. This time in the industry has facilitated the commercial exposure to projects such as Snowy Hydro 2.0, Coffs Harbour Bypass and Sydney Metro along with several smaller projects.

Zach is a results-focused engineering professional with strength in project management, cost control and stakeholder liaison. Zach has previous experience in contractor side project delivery and client-side project management on a variety of different contract types. This experience has enabled Zach to understand the data required for complex project analysis and interpretation.

Zach is a proactive leader with strengths in communication and collaboration. He is proficient in leveraging logical and analytical knowledge to induce positive results. Adept at managing concurrent objectives to promote efficiency and influence positive outcomes whilst maintaining a strong ability to understand and appreciate complex project issues.
