Quarry at Greystanes wins innovation and excellence award


Tactical Group are pleased to announce that the DEXUS “Quarry at Greystanes” development has been awarded “Best Industrial Park” at the 2015 Property Council of Australia Rider Levitt Bucknell Innovation & Excellence Awards.
Tactical has project managed the delivery of the majority of the new facilities, which seamlessly integrate modern office accommodation with warehousing.

The Quarry at Greystanes is the most significant industrial development in the expanding Greystanes area and Greater Western Sydney in recent years.
The 44 hectare site, which is 98% occupied, was originally part of the 120 year old Prospect Quarry which was acquired by DEXUS from 2007-2009 and developed to create a premium sustainable industrial community. The estate, due for completion this year, will comprise 12 industrial facilities valued at over $280 million across approximately 168,000 square metres.
Mr Timso is the Director in charge of Tactical Group’s project management team working on the Quarry development.
