    This project consists of two warehouses of 56,120 sqm and 55,865 sqm

    Tactical Group has been engaged by Logos as the superintendent’s representative to deliver the construction of Warehouse 6 & 7 which is situated in the West precinct of MIP (Moorebank Intermodal Precinct).

    This project consists of two warehouses of 56,120 sqm and 55,865 sqm respectively on a 180,127 sqm site with a shared access road. Developed by Logos property, WH6 is occupied by Qube with 54,000 sqm warehouse space, 2,000sqm multiple storey office, 120sqm despatch office & amenities and 281 spaces car parking. WH7 is purposely built for Mainfreight with 53,505 sqm warehouse space, 2,000sqm multiple storey office, 360 sqm despatch office, 290 spaces car parking, mezzanine and dangerous goods areas.
