    A two-storey warehouse with circa 29,000 sqm of GFA spread across 12 separate tenancies

    45-57 Moxon Road, Punchbowl is a two-storey warehouse with circa 29,000 sqm of GFA spread across 12 separate tenancies. The building is positioned on circa 3.3ha lot. All tenancies are currently speculative with expressions of interest to be sought during the construction process.

    Tactical Group’s engagement encompassed the project management of the full project lifecycle commencing with the management of the SSDA application (including all consultants, finalisation of the EIS, Rest of Adequacy and formal lodgement), authority applications to Sydney Water, Endeavour energy and NBN. 

    The tender management including the Expression of Interest has been completed and the Head Contractor awarded contract in 2024. Tactical are the superintendents for delivery from Q1 2024 until completion in early 2026 including management of any tenancy requirements and back-to-back management of the AFL with the Head Contractor.
